a scrappy werewolf girl!
moon light? expect a fight!
i basically haven’t had any proper figure drawing since freshmen year of college (8 years ago, yikes!!) and i’d like to get back in to practice!
i used this site, which is pretty cool but severely lacking in good male models, imo. 5 minute drawings!
So here’s something fun I was hoping some people on here might wanna take part in…
I was talking to jigglykat in the car today about how quickly the summer’s going by and it made me wonder how people imagine the year in their head, if they do at all. I think about a calendar year visually, and I’ve done my best to draw out what I see in my head here:
That’s if you were looking at it front on, but really, I’m always looking at it sort of from the upper right, with wherever I’m “at” in sharper focus. So in my mind it’s actually more like this…
…with it zoomed in on whatever part I’m at.
I’m curious if and how other people visualize a year in their mind’s eye! Add a drawing if you feel so inclined!
i have a very liberal definition of griffins
going clockwise: rabbit/budgie, white-faced scops owls/house cat, cardinal/red fox, barn owl/grey wolf, harpy eagle/jaguar
it’s my pal mari's birthday today!!
When you work on a project, it is a long standing tradition for the artistic team to secretly add themselves into the show somehow. Either something that looks like you will react to something a main character says at a party, or you have a caricature of yourself walking down the street. Perhaps they are trapped in a pile of ham that the butcher threw! SOMETIMES they become a pretty big main character… ie.. exposition guy from Wordgirl!
Today is the day I present my character from Astroblast. She’s only three inches tall, but she’s looking to make it big in this universe!
Caro actually made her. My request for my extra was to be disgustingly cute and also a little gross.
hawww i made hanna a slug. YOU GET WHAT YOU ASK FOR
